This program alternates monthly between the Human Research Professional’s Meeting (HRPM) and the IRB Lunch & Learn. These educational opportunities are designed to provide new or updated information regarding human research protections and encourage researchers to consider the information being presented in the context of his/her research practice.
Objectives:
- Identify resources for finding and interpreting MCW/FH policies, procedures and issues that apply to human subject research
- Apply ethical principles and federal, state and institutional regulations and guidances governing all aspects of human subject research
- Distinguish between research and practice
- Identify best research practices
