We intend to identify barriers to care in order to optimize diagnosis and therapy. We discuss new developments in treatment of hematology patients for example the development of new long-acting factor concentrates for the treatment of hemophilia, novel agents for the treatment of chronic ITP as well as novel diagnostic approaches for rare disorders.
