Power of Coaching

A key element of leadership is coaching those you lead: drawing out and helping them to leverage the best of their talents, providing support to help them enhance their skills and performance, and actively paving the way for their success. Coaching not only helps individuals raise their confidence, capabilities and effectiveness, it also helps organizations retain their top performers. Multiple studies show that professionals want to learn and grow. In particular, professionals considered “top talent” seek out and are more likely to stay with organizations where their leaders are invested in their development.

Through this session you will learn skills and tools that will help you play an active role in coaching and developing those you lead.
