Learning Objectives

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

•Distinguish between the activities of leadership and management and discern when each is most needed.
•Describe the role that personal energy and well being play in leadership effectiveness  and define steps you can take to better care for your well being.
•Identify a specific area of Emotional Intelligence in which you would like to improve and steps you will take to do so.
•Describe the role of trust in leadership success and steps you can take to build and enhance trust with those you lead.
