The Rural Psychiatry Grand Rounds Series presentations are designed to provide continuing professional development for psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, residents, medical students, counselors, and other mental health care professionals. This activity will cover a broad range of applicable topics in the mental health field such as highlight current findings and treatment modalities related to psychiatric conditions, discuss concepts related to faculty development in the supervision of residents, promote concepts related to diversity and inclusion, and identify new areas of research and clinical interest in the fields of psychiatry and psychology. Our sessions extend via teleconference to mental health professionals in rural WI to areas with our rural psychiatry residencies as well as MCW and rural medical school campuses.
