Program Description: 

Providers in busy practices often have limited time to keep up with the most up-to-date information for their patients about approaches to HWM. Providers are often note comfortable talking about weight with patient because of biases as well as comfort with effective technique such as Motivational Interviewing. Providers are not always aware of the value-based contract requirements for coding around Physical Activity and Nutrition. This Continuing Medical Education (CME) activity will address those gaps during monthly, lunch time sessions.
