2017 Digestive Disease Week Meeting Review
Digestive Diseases Week is the main annual event where new discoveries in the prevention, diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal, biliary, hepatic and pancreatic are presented. These presentations are cutting edge and precede presentation in journals. It is imperative that gastroenterologists and hepatologists be updated on the presentations that will have impact on the care they provide to patients with these various disorders.
The new knowledge is being requested by gastroenterologists who would provide this to their patients. This is based on direct feedback provide by our referring gastroenterologists as well as feedback provided in previous versions of this update. It is the goal of this conference to translate that knowledge into improved performance.
