  2. Perform search using peer-reviewed resources
  3. Select the 1-3 most relevant resources 
  4. Complete the Internet PoC form
  5. Click "Submit" at the bottom of this form

Quick tip: Open the Internet PoC form and have the form accessible while researching databases to allow for easy access as well as copying & pasting of citation information into the form.

Complete the Internet PoC form for each clinical question searched.

To expedite processing the awarding of your CME credit, please be sure you have an updated profile within our system http://ocpe.mcw.edu/.

Submissions are reviewed for completeness and the use of appropriate resources.  Credits are posted to transcripts within 10 business days of submission. Credits will appear on transcripts as "Internet POC CME."
