Many residencies have implemented monthly support groups to help improve mental health and wellness among residents and other health care provider trainees.  Even with these monthly sessions, residents continue to experience stress and burnout. Importantly, busier and higher stress rotations may not afford the time to meaningfully participate in hour-long wellness activities.  This session will present a 15-minute exercise that has been successfully implemented every week on a busy inpatient service. Specific examples will be provided on using the exercise to address wellness, team-dynamics, doctor-patient relationships, meaningful practice, and other common topics that come up during the exercise. This session will also lead discussion and provide guidance on pitching and implementing this exercise at different residencies.
