- Use a patient-centered approach to a broad range of cancer topics
- Analyze which medical and surgical treatment options for cancer are the most appropriate for a given patient
- Decide which time-sensitive diagnoses would most benefit from subspecialty care, versus those that need immediate action, versus those that can be managed locally.
