The purpose of the program is to develop selected faculty to function as institutional leaders in the teaching of patient safety and quality improvement. 

 

The program consists of six modules combining basic principles in patient safety, quality improvement and teaching.  The program requires a one half-day per month commitment extending from October 2014 through April 2015.
