  1. Based on your review of the Telemedicine Resources page,  please answer the following questions
  2. Complete the Telemedicine form
  3. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the form

To expedite processing the awarding of your CE credit, please be sure you have an updated profile within our system http://ocpe.mcw.edu/.

Submissions will be reviewed and credit will be posted to transcripts within 10 business days of submission. Credit will appear on transcripts as "Telemedicine"
