CME Resolution of Financial Conflict of Interest
Please complete this form for each person in control of content who have a financial relationship with a commercial interest. The Activity Director should complete the form. Should the Activity Director have a financial conflict of interest, the Associate or Assistant Dean of CPD for MCW shall complete this process.
Determine which mechanism appropriately resolves the specific financial conflict of interest and indicate how the resolution was conducted. If a financial conflict of interest cannot be resolved, the person with the conflict cannot control content of the accredited continuing education or credit may not be awarded for the content presented by said individual.
Note: For those in control of content who disclosed they are employees or have ownership interest, it is required that their content be reviewed in advance and that a copy of their content must be provided to the CME Office prior to the start of the CME activity.
