The Hematology & Oncology APP Education Series provides lectures and M&M conference opportunities covering different topics applicable to the field of oncology; topics may address clinical knowledge and practice application, research, pharmacology, and professional development appropriate to APPs in practice.

  • Present a case of Superior Vena Cava (SVC) syndrome leading to an emergent procedure

  • Discuss the pathogenesis, presentation, diagnosis, and management of SVC syndrome

  • Use the fishbone model to analyze contributing factors leading to an adverse outcome
