Learning about the latest advancements in imaging and newer procedures through this CE activity the attendees will demonstrate increased level of performance. The performance of the attendees will also improve by learning about critical details that may change the course of management of the patients.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Identify how imaging can predict hearing loss progression and how imaging can be used to create preventative measures for future hearing loss.
  • Incorporate specific findings in imaging related to Stapedectomy and Chronic ear disease (Focused on Cholesterol granuloma) to improve treatment options
  • Incorporate cochlear duct length in reporting on CT temporal bone for cochlear implant candidates, related clinical state/disease process: Otosclerosis, chronic ear disease, sensorineural hearing loss
