Differentiate asthma-related wheeze from other causes of airway sounds that can mimic asthma and tailor management to the underling etiology.
Describe the pathophysiologic mechanisms underlying wheeze and stridor in various airway disorders.
Apply a systematic approach to diagnosing patients with cough, wheeze or noisy breathing.
Appropriate use of diagnostic tools and recognizing red flags that warrant multidisciplinary evaluation and referral pathways.
