Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Apply structured communication strategies to effectively navigate difficult workplace conversations and case-based personnel scenarios.
  • Identify available Human Resources tools, institutional supports, and organizational resources relevant to APP leaders and managers.
  • Explain the purpose, structure, and strategic alignment of workforce planning initiatives and the Clinical Investment Portfolio (CIP), including their relevance to APP leadership, program development, and resource allocation.
