  • Design an approach for professional representation including resume development, professional portfolios, and interview approaches and create a post-fellowship job transition plan, including a professional representation approach.

APP Practice & Role

  • Analyze how APP scope of practice and professional standards influence patient care, team effectiveness, and healthcare delivery.
  • Apply communication, accountability, and influence strategies to strengthen the APP role within interprofessional teams and organizational systems.
  • Implement team-based practice strategies that enhance collaboration, clarify roles, and improve patient care outcomes.
