Asthma/Allergy/Clinical Immunology (AAI) Grand Rounds develop educational activities for physicians and providers to enhance their knowledge and skills and to improve performance and patient care in AAI practice settings. These educational activities include live presentations about department (pediatrics), interdepartmental and specialty (asthma/allergy/clinical immunology) topics.

- Evaluate current evidence regarding the effectiveness of oral immunotherapy (OIT) for food allergy and analyze key predictors of desensitization and sustained remission in clinical practice.
- Discuss practical implementation challenges of OIT and compare age-specific considerations for children, adolescents, and adults in allergy care settings.
- Assess the role of omalizumab as monotherapy and as an adjunct to OIT for food allergy management in ambulatory allergy/immunology practice.
- Develop a clinically applicable framework to guide treatment selection among OIT, biologic therapy, and avoidance strategies for individual patients with food allergy.
