As demand outstrips the school mental health clinician’s capacity, alternative treatment modalities must be considered.  Group psychotherapy has been at the top of the list for this regrettable fact in today’s healthcare landscape.  We will discuss pragmatic and clinical strategies for creating and running therapeutic groups in schools.
