Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
• Describe how mobile sensing technology can be utilized to provide real-time assessment and deliver just-in-time adaptive interventions (JITAIs) for youth experiencing depression and suicidal thoughts.
• Identify challenges and strategies for engaging patients effectively with digital mental health applications to enhance user adherence and clinical outcomes.
• Explain how measurement-based care, stratified care, and value-based care approaches, supported by mobile sensing technology, can address demand-supply imbalances in mental health services, particularly among at-risk youth.
