Program Description: 

Attendees of Pediatric Grand Rounds will learn from leading experts state-of-the art clinical and basic science best available evidence in a wide variety of topics in pediatric medicine. Information presented will enable attendees to remain current on best practices that improve their ability to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.

Learning objectives: 
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
  • Analyze the systemic drivers of burnout and moral injury in the U.S. health workforce, as outlined in recent national data and the JAMA perspective.
  • Evaluate the impact of institutional and policy-level interventions—such as those supported by the Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment—on improving clinician well-being and retention.
  • Discuss strategies for fostering a culture of care, connection, and resilience across healthcare systems, with a focus on equity and sustainability.
