Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Review the key changes introduced in the 9th Edition of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program, including updates to initial assessment, and ventilation strategies
- Apply the updated NRP algorithms to common delivery-room scenarios, emphasizing decision points in ventilation corrective steps, oxygen titration, and escalation of care.
- Integrate delivery-room NRP, NICU NRP, and Cardiac NRP into a unified team-based approach, highlighting role clarity, escalation pathways, and communication strategies to improve outcomes during complex neonatal and cardiac arrests.
