This recurring conference series includes a variety of academic lectures and case-based discussions focused on Neonatology. Topics include neonatal morbidity and mortality reviews, research presentations, and other clinically relevant discussions aimed at improving the care and outcomes of newborns in the NICU and newborn nursery.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Review neonatal morbidity and/or mortality cases from previous months to identify clinical factors, disease processes and management decisions that contributed to patient outcomes in the NICU.
- Assess how pathology and autopsy findings are related to neonatal pathophysiology.
- Implement opportunities for improvement in neonatal care through targeted quality improvement initiatives and patient safety strategies within the NICU.
