This is a weekly conference dedicated to the presentation and discussion of the American Board of Pediatrics Board Content within Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. Attending this lecture series will expand one's medical knowledge of the core principles of pediatric critical care medicine, including pathophysiology, diagnostic evaluation, and management for patients in the pediatric ICU.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Differentiate burn injuries by type and severity to support appropriate initial assessment.
- Analyze burn severity and clinical findings to guide appropriate management strategies.
- Explain the role of fluid resuscitation and electrolyte management in burn care.
- Explain the role of debridement and grafting in the management of burn injuries.
- Recognize and manage the hypermetabolic response associated with severe burn injuries to optimize recovery and outcomes.
- Summarize the structure of the Children's Wisconsin Burn Program, recent programmatic updates, and its vision for future growth.
