This session will provide an overview off different types of pediatric skin conditions aiding APPs in diagnosing and treating common skin conditions along with differentiating benign from worrisome lesions. Discussion will include when to refer to pediatric dermatology specialists.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Identify features that differentiate true molluscum contagiosum from more concerning differential diagnoses including langerhans cell histiocytosis and fungal infections
- Review findings that should incite suspicion for a systemic disorder masquerading as atopic dermatitis
- Discuss benign vascular cutaneous diagnoses in children and how to differentiate these from diagnoses that require further work-up and treatment
