Program Description: 

This session is led by a team of Advanced Practice Providers.  For this session we discuss the what does it mean to be a formal and informal leader. We then review the skills and behaviors present in successful leaders.  The last part of the session is discussion with examples of how APPs are leaders along with how to more effectively manage change.
