Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Prepare APPs with foundational professional and leadership skills to promote professional development, professional identity, and wellbeing through multi-modal education and a professional learning community
- Developing and experienced APP leaders will guide and positively influence APPs peers/direct reports, develop inter-departmental leadership connections, and directly contribute to APP practice and competency in the care-team and workplace environments by learning and implementing best practices with hiring, on-boarding, practice and privileging, APP utilization, care-team operations, APP education, and developing leadership skills.
