- Identify the Year-To-Date overview of practice financial performance.
- Identify a high-level summary of practice funds flow.
- Identify the information on the difference funds flow paths.
- Acquire a better understanding of how to navigate MyDA and what types of resources are available.
- Acquire proficiency in knowing where to go within MyDA to access their provider utilization data and will set up bookmarks to easily access their specific information in an ongoing basis.
- Review which metrics are important to track and how they can dive deep into the details of their specific areas within the data.
