- Apply problem solving and change management strategies to address an identified opportunity. Advance Practice Provider fellows will complete a problem-solving project (Department APP optional but encouraged).
Career Journey
- Compare career development opportunities and career pathways for APPs.
- Prepare professional goals and identify opportunities that align your career and professional development goals.
- Design an approach for professional representation including resume development, professional portfolios, and interview approaches.
- APP Fellows: Create a post-fellowship job transition plan, including a professional representation approach.
Personal Development & Reflection
- Recognize self-awareness skills and emotional limitation to engage in appropriate help-seeking behaviors.
- Practice a variety of self-reflective skills and tools to support reflection and growth strategies.
- Recognize stages of professional identity and the contributions to professionalism.
