Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Share information on our current process of handling patients who present late for appointments, and the impact the current policy has on our patients.
- Share data on the current volume of late-arriving patients.
- Present a path forward that encourages compassionate patient-centered care, alignment throughout the system, and provides flexible solutions for clinicians.
- Review individual Signal data within Epic.
- Explain how the data is located/calculated.
- Analyze personal Signal data to identify specific areas for improvement, enabling targeted coaching and self-directed strategies to enhance Epic efficiency and reduce documentation burden.
- Apply learned concepts to real-world workflows, using Signal insights to drive meaningful change in daily Epic use.
