This program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to request 5 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME credit from the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Total number of approved credits yet to be determined.

Learning Objectives
- Develop a deeper understanding of the practice’s vision and goals as they relate to your role.
- Learn about MCP’s tools and resources dedicated to making your clinic practices successful.
- Received required training on admission and inpatient criteria, compliance and billing.
- Develop a deeper understanding of our clinical environment, market-driven goals, and our plan for continuous improvement.
- Explain use of Epic EMR for facilitation of patient care in clinical setting.
- Describe support structure for all Epic modules across the enterprise.
- Review end-user resources immediately available on Froedtert Intranet and how to access live Epic support.
- Provide start-up tip sheets related to general functionality that apply to all users regardless of specialty workflows.
- Introduce all providers to MCW Corporate Compliance and Riske offices.
- Educate providers on fraud, waste, abuse according to the OIG, CMS, and other government regulations and how to report it.
- Educate on compliant documentation to support and how to choose their level of services provided (documentation and billing)
- Educate on compliant documentation to support the teaching physician service provided.
- Learn how to connect to MCW Libraries resources, including databases, e-resources, and mobile apps.
- Learn how to do simple but powerful searches in PubMed & create a NCBI account for research.
- Introduce APPs to APP Handbook
- Discuss APP Onboarding Plan
- Discuss APP Credentialing and Privileging process
