ForwardAsthma/Allergy/Clinical Immunology (AAI) Grand Rounds develop educational activities for physicians and providers to enhance their knowledge and skills and to improve performance and patient care in AAI practice settings. These educational activities include live presentations about department (pediatrics), interdepartmental and specialty (asthma/allergy/clinical immunology) topics.

- Define and understand antibody generation and function by describing characteristic symptoms and expected clinical course.
- Describe the mechanisms by which monoclonal antibodies are produced, humanized, and engineered to optimize target specificity, affinity, and reduced immunogenicity.
- Identify monoclonal antibodies currently approved for allergic and atopic diseases, including their molecular targets and mechanisms of action (e.g., anti-IgE, anti-IL-4Rα, anti-IL-5/5Rα, anti-TSLP). for clinical decision making.
