Our faculty practice in rural settings often in solo settings and have had limited exposure to forums and resources or role models to improve their teaching skills. Therefore, we provide this platform of skilled physicians and clinical health providers who can share their experiences and knowledge and expertise to provide peer consultation and the exchange of both ideas and skills. New faculty will have opportunities for both discussion and role models and mentoring through this series.
