Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Identify disparities in clinical decisions to withhold or withdraw life-sustaining treatments among patients with serious illness.
- Analyze patient-, clinician-, and system-level factors that contribute to disparities in decisions to provide, withhold, or withdraw life-sustaining treatments.
- Apply evidence-informed strategies to reduce disparities in clinician decision-making related to withholding or withdrawing life-sustaining treatments.
