Program Description:
Despite lengthy medical education and training, anecdotes still abound about physician's demonstrating sub-par behaviors. We will delve into considerations on medical culture and how we can create space in training and practice for reflection and growth of virtues to thwart passive erosion by this culture.Bioethics and Medical Humanities Grand Rounds provides a monthly forum for teaching participants to resolve cases based on the best ethical practices.
Bioethics and Medical Humanities Grand Rounds also provides information on any legislative changes that occur so that clinicians are ready to implement them.
