1. Review empiric antimicrobial therapy for febrile neutropenia

2. Identify risk factors that qualify patients for empiric gram positive coverage

3. Recommend duration of antimicrobial therapy

4. Identify dosing discrepancies for voriconazole and posaconazole in pediatric patients

5. Review recent primary literature on the pharmacokinetics of and therapeutic monitoring of voriconazole and posaconazole in pediatric patient populations
