Program Description: 

This CE activity will allow providers caring for the BMT patient population more opportunity for transplant specific education which will in turn help those providers meet the 10 education hours as defined by FACT Standard B3.5.3. This free, on campus lecture series makes regular attendance more obtainable and affordable for participants while providing transplant specific education that promotes quality patient centered care.

For Physician Assistants:

This program has been reviewed and is approved for a maximum of 1.00 hour of AAPA Category 1 CME credit by the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Physician assistants should claim only those hours actually spent participating in the CME activity. This program was planned in accordance with AAPA's CME Standards for Live Programs and for Commercial Support of Live Programs.

  • Discuss and define Immune Dysregulation
  • Review how HLH presents
  • Review the genetic background of HLH
  • Review the management of HLH
  • Discuss common presenting symptoms that suggest an immune dysregulation process
  • Describe other Immune Dysregulation Diseases
