Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Identify risk factors for dyslexia and symptoms of dyslexia based on age and developmental level
- List a differential diagnosis for reading concerns
- Discuss key differences between school identification of Specific Learning Disorder (SLD) vs a medical diagnosis of dyslexia
- Compare approach to diagnosis and intervene for dyslexia from the school setting versus the medical setting
