Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Understand suicide rates, terminology, and primary care practices’ role in preventing youth suicide
- Identify and determine severity of suicide risk, using a validated tool
- Determine and initiate a treatment plan for patients with suicide risk
- Know where to find resources for safety planning and counseling on access to lethal means
