Successful Community Engaged Research recognizes that every role within partnerships matters and every person on the team has expertise. This session focuses on how contributing to community-engaged research helps build leadership skills and attributes for faculty, staff and community partners. Engage in bidirectional dialogue with the facilitators to learn how they have grown and developed their leadership potential throughout the course of their research projects. Through these conversations, identify how your experiences build your capacity to be a leader in community engagement.
