NAEMSP's room block (rate $215) opened simultaneously with registration. 

In order to receive the hotel block reservation code, you must register for the conference first. By clicking the online registration link above, after your registration is complete, you will refresh your account and a link will be provided to you.  If you register using the PDF form, when we receive your completed form and your registration is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the link to the hotel block.

The Hyatt Regency New Orleans is the official housing provider for the 2015 NAEMSP Annual Meeting. NAEMSP has worked diligently with the hotel to establish a room block and negotiate an optimum room rate for its attendees and exhibitors where all NAEMSP-associated functions will be held.

Registration and the hotel room block will close on December 17.

It has come to our attention that other companies/housing providers have recently begun soliciting exhibitors who have expressed their intent to exhibit at NAEMSP in 2015.  They promise lower room rates in New Orleans.  Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing providers is not approved by NAEMSP.  Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to the NAEMSP's Executive Office.

Attendees are encouraged to stay at the host hotel so that NAEMSP and its members can benefit from the hotel's reduced costs, that in turn, lead to keeping registration costs and exhibit fees down for the participants.
