NAEMSP is working diligently to protect the room block at the J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa for its attendees. Upon confirmation of registration, you will be provided a hotel reservation code with which you can book your hotel room in the NAEMSP room block. This new procedure is being implemented to help ensure that those registered attendees can reserve a room at the host hotel, in the NAEMSP room block.

Please contact A Room With A View for information on the designated NAEMSP® overflow hotel. It will secure the lowest available rates within a short distance of the J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa. Shuttle service will be available.
In the event that rooms become available at the J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa due to cancellations, A Room With A View will notify conference attendees and help transfer reservations back to the J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa in the order in which they were booked.
