•Overview of the diagnostic approach to internal hernias on CT
•Emphasis on tracing key vessels and landmarks.
•Discuss pathognomonic findings for the various types of internal hernias
•Emphasize the usefulness of CT with correlation of imaging and intraoperative findings.
