Weekly conference during academic year (Sept-May) to highlight updates and changes to best practice of internal medicine and its subspecialties.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Analyze the type of pain a geriatric patient is experience and match therapy to align with paint type. Patient Care
  • Describe age related changes that impact pharmacotherapy for pain in geriatric patients. Medical knowledge
  • Examine the pain regimens being utilized among my panel of geriatric patients and ensure that pain regimens are optimally efficacious and have the best risk/benefit ratios. Practice based learning and Improvement
