Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Identify and describe the necessary information for an accurate diagnosis of Celiac disease
- Identify the common clinical presentation of celiac disease
- Describe the mechanism of gluten in causing intestinal inflammation in the setting of Celiac disease
- Review what compromise a food allergy (wheat allergy)
- Identify the diagnosis of non-celiac gluten sensitivity and how to manage these patients
