Weekly conference during academic year (Sept-May) to highlight updates and changes to best practice of internal medicine and its subspecialties.

Learning objectives: 
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
  • Apply antimicrobial stewardship principles to determine duration of therapy for common infections
  • Review the data behind oral antibiotic use in a variety of frequently encountered infections.
  • Review the challenges of Intravenous antibiotic use in the larger clinical context of the patient’s care.
