Weekly conference during academic year (Sept-May) to highlight updates and changes to best practice of internal medicine and its subspecialties.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Evaluate the role of clinician advocacy in influencing decisions that shape patient care and health systems.
  • Analyze the various forms of advocacy, including legislative, regulatory, public messaging, institutional efforts, scholarship, and community partnerships.
  • Implement practical advocacy strategies that can be incorporated into clinical practice and professional activities despite demanding schedules.
