Program Description: 

This course is designed for Emergency Medicine Faculty to enhance their Ultrasound skills. 

Target audience: 

Physicians

Learning objectives: 
  1. Understand applications for common point-of-care ultrasound examinations  
  2. Learn standard views and normal anatomy on standardized patients
  3. Acquire necessary psychomotor skills to obtain adequate POCUS images for common ED exams
  4. Identify an approach to use ultrasound in the critically ill and learn to recognize pathology
