 What is the evidence that cure of a prolactinoma is feasible following treatment with a dopamine agonist?
 What are the reproductive, cardiac and neurologic consequences of long term dopamine agonist therapy?
 How long to treat and how to safely withdraw established dopamine agonist therapy?
 How to manage an aggressive prolactinoma that is resistant to dopamine agonist therapy
 What are the reproductive, cardiac and neurologic consequences of long term, high dose dopamine agonist
